At Trippon Wealth Management, our mission is to help you make smart investment decisions about your money. To accomplish this, we use a proprietary process called the Strategic Client Consulting Process to determine which type of plan is best for you to reach your financial goals and objectives.
We designed this process specifically to accomplish three important things:
- An increased understanding of your true financial goals
- Creation of an appropriate plan for achieving these goals.
- The ability to keep us on track throughout each step of the process.
Our Strategic Client Consulting Process is based on a series of five steps:
- The Discovery Meeting
- The Investment Plan Meeting
- The Mutual Commitment
- The 45 Day Follow-Up
- Ongoing Progress Meetings
The Discovery Meeting
At our initial meeting, we will conduct a discovery interview to determine where you are now with your financial goals, where you want to go, and how we can maximize the possibility of getting there.
What to bring to The Discovery Meeting:
- Last two years’ tax returns
- Current bank, mutual fund, brokerage and retirement plan statements
- Current insurance policies
- Copies of wills or trusts
- Other documents that would help us fully understand the financial situation
The Investment Plan Meeting
At this meeting, we present our findings regarding your current situation (called a Gap Analysis), our recommendations for how we can bridge the gaps in order to reach your goals, and a personalized Investment Plan. These tools will form the foundation for all of our work together.
While you may be tempted to implement your plan immediately, we will wait until you’ve had time to thoroughly review it. We are looking for a lifelong relationship, so we want to make sure you’re completely comfortable with every step of the process.
The Mutual Commitment
At this point, we will be ready to make a mutual decision about whether Trippon Wealth Management can add significant value to your financial future, and if you’re ready to proceed. If we both choose to work together, we will commit to work hard and help you achieve your financial goals. We will also execute the documents necessary to put your investment plan into motion.
What to bring to the Mutual Commitment meeting:
Any questions or concerns regarding the Investment Plan, our investment recommendations, or our analysis of the situation.
The 45 Day Follow-Up
When you have multiple investment accounts, you can easily become overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork involved in managing them. At this point in our process, we will help you organize all paperwork in a provided notebook. We will also answer any questions you may have to explain exactly what is happening with your money, and how it relates to the Investment Plan we previously designed and implemented.
What to bring to the 45 Day Follow-Up Meeting:
- All the new account paperwork which has been received
- Any questions regarding the execution of the Investment Plan
Ongoing Progress Meetings
These meetings will be scheduled at your convenience, and will give us an opportunity to review any major changes in your personal or financial situation that may have occurred since our last meeting. If these changes mean we need to make adjustments to the Investment Plan, we will make them accordingly. We will also review your overall progress towards your long-term financial goals.
What to bring:
- Any questions regarding the portfolio’s progress
- Any insight about foreseeable changes to the current situation or goals
The Strategic Client Consulting Process at Trippon Wealth Management was designed to not only facilitate the initial working relationship with you, but also to accommodate new life developments as they may occur over time. The entire process may be restarted whenever we mutually determine that a new Discovery Meeting, Gap Analysis and Investment Plan are warranted.
